We provide housekeeping, healthcare environmental cleaning, grounds, snow removal, base operations (BOS, BASOPS, FSS, O&M), and scheduled/unscheduled maintenance and repair of all major facility-owned equipment and systems for a variety of federal agencies such as the GSA, MEDCOM, NAVFAC, NAWCAD, and many more. For Facilities Maintenance, this includes Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of the buildings, equipment and systems, and surrounding campus. Services are provided for system requirements to include, but not limited to, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire protection/life safety systems (to include all kitchen and cafeteria), BAS control systems, architectural/structural systems, lighting systems, service desk operations, public address systems, irrigation systems, dock levelers/bumpers, material handling equipment, conveying equipment, garage doors, exterior fencing, and VTE (including locks/keycard systems). Our work extends to facilities such as hospitals, medical treatment centers, housing, federal buildings, communication towers, and specialty buildings. Our comprehensive staff is well versed in all facets of O&M, Repair, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Asset Management. Our Infrastructure support includes Transportation, Energy, and Communications (Terresterial & Non-Terresterial).

We hold an ISSA Cleaning Industry Management Standard-Green Building Certification (CIMS-GB) “With Honors”. This is the highest possible attainment in the CIMS-GB program. CIMS-GB “With Honors” is an elite designation that was obtained by achieving 100% compliance with all of the CIMS-GB Mandatory Standards, 100% compliance with all of the CIMS-GB Recommended Standards, and substantial compliance with all of the CIMS-GB Optional Standards.
